Smith Brothers continues to expand our ACR offering
In 2022, Zach Wynne joined Smith Brothers as Head of ACR and has since made great strides to strengthen our ACR infrastructure.
Zach has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having worked in the industry since the early 2000s. He began his career in the industry as a contractor’s product installer before moving into merchant sales with Wolseley Climate Centre. Zach soon progressed from Area Sales Manager to Regional Sales Director, responsible for 25 branches with a turnover of £50 million.
Zach quickly introduced ACR Business Development Manager Josh Smith to his team. Josh started as an office manager for CLS before working for Wolseley. At Wolseley, he began as a Sales Support Co-ordinator in 2015 and became an Area Sales Manager for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration at Wolseley.
Zach has also worked closely with each branch to employ dedicated Air Conditioning and Refrigeration specialists, both internally and externally.
Creating these specialist roles has ensured that customers have access to a dedicated contact who can answer ACR-related queries quickly, efficiently and in more detail.
Smith Brothers also employ ACR Technical Managers, who are on hand to answer any Daikin or Midea related queries and assist customers throughout projects, from specification to aftersales.
