CORE Side Stream Magnetic Filter

The CORE Side Stream Magnetic Filter is a BSRIA-compliant, three-in-one solution for commercial heating and cooling systems, combining a magnetic filter, air and dirt separator, and dosing pot. It effectively removes both magnetic and non-magnetic debris while maintaining optimal system performance.

Following widespread adoption and strong industry demand, the range has expanded to include Plus and XL sizes, delivering higher performance for larger and more demanding commercial and industrial applications.

Launched in 2025, the CORE Side Stream Magnetic Filter quickly achieved industry recognition, earning multiple award nominations for its innovative design, low carbon footprint and successful use in a major retrofit project at the University of Essex. The project was highly commended at The British Construction Industry Awards for improving filtration, efficiency, system reliability and supporting sustainability goals.

Full Flow Magnetic Filter

Ideal for large heating systems, The CORE Full Flow Magnetic Filter prevents the build-up of ferrous oxide and scale in central heating systems, reducing energy bills, increasing boiler life and reducing maintenance call-outs.

Utilising high-performance flow technology, the filter ensures that virtually 100% of unwanted debris is removed from the system. Available in sizes 2”- 3”.

Air & Dirt Separators

For use in sealed heating and cooling systems. Our CORE Air & Dirt Separators protect against damage from the deposition of dirt particles and from large amounts of dissolved and undissolved air.

CORE Air & Dirt Separators reduce corrosion by protecting pipes, fixings and vital system components, helping to extend system life and maintain peak efficiency. By preventing dirt build-up, they keep radiators, vessels and pipework clean while reducing reliance on system chemicals for a more sustainable approach to maintenance.

Featuring EN 1092-1 PN16 flanged connections, low flow resistance and operation at flow rates of up to 1.5 m/s, the range is backed by a 5-year warranty for long-term reliability and peace of mind.

Water Treatment Chemicals

CORE’s water treatment chemical range is designed to enhance system performance while reducing maintenance requirements, operating costs, energy use, water waste and carbon emissions.

CORE chemicals includes inhibitors, biocides, Leave-in, Heavy-Duty & system cleaners and glycol anti-freeze, providing complete protection for commercial heating, chilled and condenser systems. Solutions are available for corrosion and limescale prevention, bacterial control, system cleaning and freeze protection, and are fully compatible with CORE magnetic filtration products.

Inhibitor Quick Test Kit

The CORE Inhibitor Quick Test Kit provides fast, accurate inhibitor concentration testing for commercial heating and chilled systems. After a system water sample is taken, test strips are dipped into the sample for 2 seconds, and results appear within 10 seconds.

The benefits:

  • Fast and accurate testing of inhibitor levels in heating and chilled systems
