SBS and CORE at the InstallerSHOW 2024
SBS and CORE recently exhibited at June’s InstallerSHOW at Birmingham’s NEC Arena, and it was an enormous success!
The InstallerSHOW 2024
The event attracted over 20,000 professionals from the heating, water, air, and energy sectors, making it an ideal event for showcasing our products, networking, and connecting with customer and suppliers.
This marked our second year participating in the show, and it was even more memorable this time around. A much bigger stand allowed us to showcase the extensive offerings of Smith Brothers Stores alongside our exclusive CORE range, which has grown substantially since last year’s show.
The stand was bustling with excitement, featuring engaging activities, fantastic giveaways, and the appearance of an extra special guest. All of these drew significant attention and engagement with our products. The positive feedback and the opportunity to connect with many industry professionals and enthusiasts were enriching.

Special Guest – Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson
On the 26th of June, hundreds of attendees welcomed the arrival of legendary strongman Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson at the stand. Famously known as Thor, “The Mountain” from Game of Thrones, he is celebrated for his achievements in the Icelandic Strongman, the Arnold Strongman Classic, Europe’s Strongest Man, and the World’s Strongest Man competitions.
Basketball Machine and Prizes
Visitors to the stand had a blast competing on our arcade-style Basketball machine, aiming for the highest score to win exclusive prizes, from CORE protein shakers and teddy bears to mini footballs and England t-shirts supporting England’s ongoing Euro 2024 campaign. The top score recorded over the week was 150, an impressive score but not quite enough to get the fabled ‘third-level’. Maybe next year!
