More and more customers are signing up to manage their accounts via our online customer portal, and you can join them today!
Need convincing? Why not browse www.sbsonline.net for yourself. Even without online access to your account, you can still view our product range which contains plenty of helpful product information, including both companywide and individual branch level stock availability.
Why should I sign up?
The portal gives users the freedom to manage their accounts and place orders outside of business opening hours. Users can also access key account information instantaneously, information that normally would’ve been accessed by phone, email, or post.

How do I access my account online?
All you need is an account with Smith Brothers Stores. Simply click here to complete and submit an online access form, and you will be sent a link to setup a password following a short authorisation process, handled by a member of the SBS online team.
What level of access do I require?
You will select a level of access when completing the online access form. Please refer to the table below to learn which best suits your requirements.

How do I place an order?
Ordering online couldn’t be more simple. watch the short video below to find out how to:
- Search for a specific item
- Check stock (both company & by branch)
- Place items into your wishlist (regularly ordered items)
- Add a product to your cart
- How to checkout
- Pre-set quantities (tube)
- Order for delivery or collection
Ordering for collection
Please refer to the individual stocking status of the items you wish to order as shown in the image below. If the branch you wish to collect from is out of stock (you will also be notified upon checkout), then please allow us 1-3 working days to move the stock your collection point.

Managing your account information and order history
