As the updates have now been in force since May this year, we have received some pleasing reviews and testimonials about the company changes. If you have not read our previous article, please see the news article below:
In short, we have updated the product guide, website and opened a new branch in Newcastle along with a fresh corporate video. We are now looking for feedback and testimonials on the changes made so we can improve and modify such areas like:
Product Guide:
We take a lot of pride into creating our literature, by spending a lot of time producing and editing the guide until it is ready for print. We also took on advice from our customers, staff and suppliers on how we can improve the document. So, we encourage you to give feedback and reviews on what can be improved for the next version due for release next year. The website has been running for a while now and we would like to receive your feedback and reviews on the site. We researched and took constructive criticism from stakeholders to develop and generate content for site. The website is an on-going project, so we encourage you to send any observations by email (newsletter@sbs.co.uk), and use the subject line ‘Website.’
