SBS congratulates LMB Mechanical Services Ltd
Smith Brothers would like to congratulate LMB Mechanical Services Ltd, appearing in the 2017/2018 manufacturing and services Parliamentary Review. In recent years LMB have become very successful winning work in the mechanical and electrical market with them based in West Yorkshire.
The publication spoke to the Managing Director, Andrew Bean about what they do, empowering staff, overcoming challenges within the market and what are the plans moving forward.
LMB Mechanical Services Ltd are a subcontractor working for large construction companies, local councils and private architects in the UK, for whom a normal project would be won via competitive tender. All the operatives that are employed are City and Guilds or NVQ-qualified, DBS-checked, hold the recognised certifications required for working on site are kept up-to-date with regular “tool box talks” and health and safety awareness training. They provide an integrated mechanical and electrical project team, or alternatively, separate mechanical or electrical services to suit the client’s needs.
The Parliamentary Review combines political commentary from leading journalists, with sector specific insight from Secretaries of State, Ministers and MPs. The Publication is an indispensable guide to industry best practice, which demonstrates how sector leaders have responded to challenges in the political and economic environment.
