Who are Smith Brothers?
Smith Brothers has been dedicated to the industry for over 125 years. The company began as a family-owned business and remains so today, with 5th-generation family members working across the business. Our original Leicester-based operation has expanded to 22 branches (and growing!) and maintains its Head Office and recently relocated Distribution Centre in Leicestershire. As part of our ongoing commitment to quality and environmental responsibility, Smith Brothers is also proud to hold ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditation. As our company has expanded across the UK, so have our services, including our ACR offering.

At Smith Brothers, we are committed to supporting our customers, even amid rising costs. That’s why we have eliminated charges for gas cylinder rentals. In addition to saving money, customers benefit from transparent cylinder tracking and reduced time and resources spent managing multiple low-cost invoices. Our system is designed to provide a seamless, efficient experience for every customer.

Smith Brothers has made significant investments in strengthening our ACR capabilities, including having a dedicated ACR specialist in every branch to offer their expertise and guidance, ready to provide various solutions and practical support for your individual needs. Backed by a team of technical specialists with over 120 years of combined experience, we provide comprehensive assistance from system design and specification through after-sales assistance.
Our staff are also supported by a fleet of over 300 vehicles, including 160 vans and more than 50 HGVs. With our FORS Gold accreditation, we give it our all to provide customers with safe, efficient delivery.
